Frequently Asked Questions


Q. Can I choose an alternative delivery address?
A. Yes, if you wish to have your items delivered to a different address from the billing address you can just complete the alternative delivery address fields after the checkout.

Q. Can I return an Item if it is not suitable?
A. Yes, if an item you purchase is not suitable, you can return it to us. However the goods must be with their originally packaging and as new. Please note we cannot refund the cost of postage where an item purchased is unsuitable unless the goods are cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period. However, if you are returning an item that has a fault then we will refund the cost of postage although we do ask you include proof of the cost of postage.

Q. What happens to my order if am not at home when it is delivered?
A. With Calzeathome you have the option of choosing an alternative delivery address at the time of placing your order, however, if your goods are delivered and you are not home to receive them, then a card will be left to either pick up from your nearest depot or else you can call the number on the card to re-arrange a suitable delivery time.

Q. What happens if I place an order for an item and it is not in stock?
A. We would like to think that this incident will not happen, however, there are certain times of the year such as Christmas where there is more demand. If this is the case we will contact you and either offer you the option of an alternative item or a refund, or if you wish to wait on the item coming back into stock we are happy to reserve this item for you.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery orders to most areas of Mainland UK should arrive within 3-5 working days. Exceptions to this are deliveries to Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to these areas will take 5-7 working days to arrive. International orders are normally delivered within 7 working days, however please allow up to 10 working days to take into account the local postal services.

Q. I returned my order, how long will my refund take?
Please allow 30 days for your parcel to reach us and for your account to be credited.

Q. Will my postage be refunded if my items are damaged or faulty?
If your item is damaged or faulty, and it is the only item on your order, we will refund your postage costs. If you have kept any items on your order, we will not be able to refund your postage.

Q. I have received my order but one of the items is missing, what do I do?
Please email our Customer Services team at Calzeathome@calzeat.com who will investigate this matter with our warehouse.

Q. What if I would rather place my order by phone?
If you would rather speak to a sales representative to place your order then simply call our order line on 01899 309212, where one of our representatives will take you through the process and send you a confirmation email of your order.

Q. Do you accept cheques for orders placed?
Yes, we are happy if you choose to place your order and pay by cheque, you can either process your order over the phone and send in your cheque, or print a copy of your shopping basket at home and send it in by post. Once we receive your cheque and it have been cleared through the banking system we will despatch your goods. Just remember that this process can cause a delay in the turnaround time of you receiving your goods.
